Converting a Derelict Lumber Mill into a Cannabis Growing Operation

Jun 14, 2021

In northern California, on the site of the former Sierra Pacific Industries lumber mill property between the Ma-le’l Dunes and the Mad River Slough, entrepreneurs are planning an ambitious project to use existing infrastructure to develop a commercial cannabis growing operation.

Victorum Corporation plans to reconstruct eight acres of this property into a state-of-the-art indoor cannabis greenhouse. It will have the ability for cultivation, distribution, and manufacturing. Planned state-of-the-art facilities will include solar panels, LED lighting, and rainwater collection in conjunction with a retention pond for irrigation. Their projected revenue, once it is up and running, is $450 million.
